The Trade Desk Project, located in downtown Ventura, is a unique space that was completed within a 3 month timeline, FEB-MAY 2017. Our team managed over 50 separate subcontractor firms, and took a hands on approach to completing this project from concept to occupancy.

The 12,000 sqft building was built in the 1940s. The infrastructure of the space includes a juxtaposition of raw building elements: brick & motor, board formed concrete, and wood trusses. The interior design features storefront glass, shades of blue and green, and high bay lighting.

The space features partitioned conference rooms which can be sectioned off for private use or opened up for events, which adds to the fluidity of the work environment.
